While working on your blog posts it was made very apparent by most that you dislike how the emoticon dialog closes after you use it once. You should now be able to express your emotions quickly and easily multiple times in your postings without having to re-open the dialog window each time.
If it does not stay open for you yet, you may need to right click in it in the empty space and choose Refresh to force your browser to grab the latest update.
