Blogster.com Back Online

March 13, 2008 / by team

Dear Blogsterville,

We had an unexpected challenge from the old Blogster transfer surface today. The downtime we've experienced was due to a DNS update that needed to be made on the Blogster.com domain, but didn't show as a problem till today.

The update has been made and, for a majority of people, Blogster.com is back online. It may take up to 24 hours for the change to propagate across the Internet.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

I still cannot get on and many others are having trouble. I am using a proxy server now and it works but is annoying to use! When I try to get to blogster it gives me and many others server cannot be found.

Very very slow again and not able to visit some blogs. Btw on the home page in "most popular today" are post which are set to privacy. Is it possible to remove them there cause not everybody is able to read them, which makes them far from most popular.

I have been having a lot of problems with subscribing to my blog. People have not been able to subscribe and some of the people who used to be subscribed are no longer getting those emails. This has NEVER been an issue before so I am trying to figure out what happened. Can you please let me know what is going on with this??? I have not heard anyone else mention this issue.

Thank you for the update.Smile  Is there anyway to edit a post that doesn't have a title?  My Mom recently made one and we have tried to go back and edit it but we can't.

    Thank you,

    Jenn
